I can accompany you if

  • If you’re stuck somewhere along the way
  • If you have questioned things you believed about yourself or your life
  • If you’d like to talk through a situation with a sympathetic ear
  • If most areas of your life are working well, you still feel that your life needs to be more than it is
  • If you’re open to asking questions openly, you can get your own answers with the help of a mentor.

Life has situations that we were not prepared for, where we need to mobilise extra resources to keep going.

What happens in one-on-one mentoring session?

  • I am talking to you as a calm friend with a wide range of life experiences and self-awareness
  • you get full attention and acceptance
  • we mobilise your resources together
  • exploring the potential for personal development in the face of obstacles in life
  • we see the blockages in your life in the light of your personality and life history, exploring how they affect and influence each other
  • as you develop, through emotional reworking, you can develop new ways of coping that will help you to be more successful in everyday life
  • recognise your operating patterns, your conditioning, their inherent values and old habits that have become obsolete, and if you choose, you can improve and transform them
  • a higher level of understanding about your life

Technical details:

Individual self-awareness is a series of regular encounters. The first meeting takes place after you have registered by email or telephone. The sessions take place in a confidential atmosphere in a safe environment. We are bound to confidentiality about what is said there, and the details of your life and experiences remain between you and us. At the end of the first meeting, we decide together whether we want to and can work together. We then contract according to your goals, set the rhythm of the meetings and the foreseeable length of the process.

Sometimes it is enough to be listened to,
sometimes it is enough to be asked intelligently,
sometimes it is important to hold an accurate mirror.
